"Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon."

"Booked a double and a twin for a couple of nights in London. There’s a lovely vibe in the hotel and the staff were possibly the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Rooms are small - particularly the double - but overall would very much recommend it. Great spot."
