"This was our first stay at the Marriott Hotel in London, and overall it was a pleasant experience with some standout moments. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff, in particular Charlie, who was incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. There was only 1 lift working on the Saturday and we were stuck outside in the cold for about 10 minutes as the lift just never came to the dockside level.
