"A beautiful, quirky hotel with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in London. DLR station is a 5 minute walk away, as is a Tesco Express. We used the DLR to access the tube to travel all round central London and an uber (due ti rain) to take us to Canary Wharf for a night out. We stayed in the John Passmore Edwards’ room which was tastefully decorated. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. We forgot our swimwear so didn’t use the spa facilities. Would 100% stay again. "

"I did a solo trip to London for 5 days and I could t have chosen a better hotel within my budget. I had zero problems. No complaints. The location was great for my budget, a short walk from the tube, it was spacious, looked nice and had everything I needed. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It was very clean when I got there + Will say I didn’t use any of the appliances outside of the microwave and full sized fridge. I also very much enjoyed the towel warmer. Great stay!"

"After reading some of the comments I was a bit worried about finding the place. It was easy. For anyone else that's booked it's about a minute from the 24 hour McDonald's. Our apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too. Communication from the company was good. We'll definitely be back to stay and have already recommended to friends. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Good location right next to Aldgate tube station. Lovely hotel, very clean and great staff, extremely helpful. Food choices are not great and the worst chicken club sandwich I have ever had. Free bottles of water is great. This is located in the city so you need to bear in mind a lot of places are closed at the weekend, but you can find enough options in a 10 minute walk. Close to the Gherkin."
