"For a UK hotel, it was very good. We paid A LOT extra to have an amazing room with a view over the Thames and access to the club lounge. We had a complimentary bottle of wine and some toffees in the room which was a really nice touch. Standard of room was as expected. Lounge was also very nice for a UK hotel (always disappointing compared to many abroad). Towels were a bit disappointing - not very fluffy. Bedroom and soft furnishings were comfortable.
