"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.

"I loved the flavoured water at the entrance, it was a nice touch when spending the day outside in the Toronto heat. I also loved the blackout curtains. There was plenty of closet space, practical chairs and small table for eating and a good sized empty bar fridge. However, when opening the fridge it would partially slide out from the cabinet, they should try to anchor it in place, or stop the sliding. "Really enjoyed that there were separate areas for everything, shower, changing area, work area, sleep area. It was so quiet at night because that was a designated quiet spot.
