"Staff was amazing at promptly checking us in. We waited less than 2 minutes, even though there were multiple families in line. Staff are friendly and helpful. We loved that food delivery drivers are allowed to drop off at your room door, and we didn't have to walk downstairs to get our food in the lobby. Only a few minutes from the SAP Center, very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."
