"I really enjoyed staying at this property. It overlooks the outskirts of Rome and consists of a rebuilt old farm. The staff was super and breakfast great. I never did use their restaurant, but from what I hear that too would have been excellent. Recommend."

"Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here."

"We loved staying at this great and charming property right in the heart of Trastevere and close to so many restaurants and local, authentic Roman culture while being close enough to walk into the city and see all of the sites (walking distance). Room was clean and cute and the receptionists were so kind and accommodating. They helped us navigate the city and also how to get to the train. I highly recommend staying here and will be coming back when I’m back to Rome next!"

"Need to stay during the summer season. We went on a whim. Had a few extra days in Rome. It was off season nothing open at all. Hard to eat.. definitely need a car to get around. Property was what it advertised. We made a bad choice in the time to go."

"Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- hotel is conveniently located."

"What an amazing stay, next time we will plan to stay longer!!"

"Lovely little town to visit - a great way to spend an afternoon dining down by the lake"

"Vary unique. Close to everything. "

"Clean, comfy property. Really nice coffee shop is a 5 min walk. Staff was really pleasant. "

"They where doing alterations to the air condition which left dust everywhere.and the fridge never got cold apart from that it was ok"

"Very good location and place. Highly recommended. (Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!) "
