"Upon arrival, there was water on the kitchen floor and part of bedroom rug. The Maintenance told us it was from cleaning crew mopping the floor with excess water. The problem continued through out the whole stay. The only thing they offered was more towels to absorb the water coming up through the flooring. I asked management at check out to inform me where this water was coming from when they find out and they said it was a leak from the washer machine. Problem is, we didn't use the washer...

"Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this."

"The property was very clean and easy to get around in .
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
One negative was this room was privately owned and the process for getting the room cleaned and fresh towels was not easy at all.
The room owner needs to post the instructions and phone number for their cleaning service clearly on the room description and inside the room itself .
Lastly ,
On Friday night we could not park on site as the parking garage was full and made
