"Everything we expected and more. This was our second stay at Excellence Punta Canna. Our room was amazing, staff are welcoming, and a great selection of dining. We spoiled and a had a private patio with a pool and probably wont be able to come back without it!"

"When we first booked, I was worried about some of the reviews, but this resort was great! My group found the food, the amenities, and the staff very pleasant. The resort is lovely and I would definitely recommend it! Some highlights for us were the bowling alley, the ice cream bar, the coffee shop, the beach, and the nightly entertainment. An additional bonus was our Expedia Guest Experience Specialist, Kevin. He was amazing! He reserved restaurants for us every night, provided us with the resorts daily news and weather every morning, and he was always one text away if we ever needed anything. From my understanding, because Expedia is responsible for many of the resorts bookings, the resort provides a Guest Experience Specialist without having to upgrade or pay any extra upon arrival, which is a great bonus, especially if you get Kevin! Overall, we had such a great time! One thing to note for my fellow Canadians, everything at the resorts shop is in USD, although you can pay with Dominican Pesos! "
