"We booked a triple room so were surprised to get to our room and discover only 2 single beds for three adults. The staff were very apologetic and provided complimentary drinks at the bar while the third bed was set up. Other than that the room was lovely and quiet, with a view over the outside garden area. Location was super handy for the walk past many temples to Sannen-Zak’s path and Kiyomizu-Deru. Not too far from Pontocho Alley & Nishiki Market. Woul happily stay her again."
