I was disappointed that even with calling days ahead and asking at check in as well, they would not allow us to have rooms near our other members of our party. I was also given a room in which I felt like I was rooming in the elevator. I had to listen to the dinging of the elevator the whole trip. Made it so I didn't sleep well at all! "

"When I arrived on Friday evening I was exhausted. I felt like the woman who checked me in was rude but honestly I was probably not a pleasure to deal with. I was already upset because a room that I had previously paid $130 a night for was now over $300 a night with the pet fee. Even on its best day that room is not a $300 a night room. My wife and I have been staying there exclusively though every time we come to fort Worth since 2024 so I paid it. When I got in the room I had a text waiting...
