"Dirty. Unkempt and in disrepair. Felt unsafe with many loitering around outside. Not family friendly. Did not even stay the night there. The door lock would not lock properly. Light coming in from all around the door jam. Sheets were dirty. Bathroom door would not even close."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel’s Nest B&B. Built on the highest point in Parker County, this is a lovely Victorian home built in 1890s with vintage furnishings, but with up to date amenities. A/C, electricity, TV, etc. Comfy king size bed, delicious breakfast, clean, welcoming staff, wonderful wrap around porch perfect for sitting outside viewing for miles while enjoying a gentle breeze. "I was only needing the room for about 8 hours because I was driving in from Houston for Orientation for my young one so we didn't get in until 1:30 am . The air was but it smelled of old cigarette smoke, the toilet seat was broken, the shower head was broken and there were dead beetle all over the floor and a spider in the ceiling and I actually paid $90 for 7 hours for this crap!"

"Very disappointed with this hotel. The property was not clean, and because they are remodeling, everything felt messy and unorganized. You could tell the bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned, which was really unpleasant. The hotel looked much better in the pictures than it does in person, which was very misleading. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I will definitely not be staying here again."
