I stayed Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a room that was never vacuumed, never cleaned, the beds were never made, and the towels were never replaced. By Sunday I was so frustrated that I took the trash out myself. The only thing the front desk agent did was hand me clean towels, and she seemed completely unconcerned about leaving...

The staff was very polite and the room/ bed was nice and perfect for what I needed. The bathrooms need to be updated but it’s just cosmetic. "
