"The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility."

"My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom...

"they over booked my room and put me into another room that smelled like smoke. They charged me $40 more dollars and I still haven't received the money. Breakfast was just ok.."

"The air conditioning in the first room we were assigned to didn’t work. The manager moved us immediately when we brought it to his attention. The room is what it is. Somewhere safe and clean to stay. The staff was very accommodating."

"I had 2 rooms. The floors and counters were dirty with grime and hair. The shower barely reached Luke warm temperature. One of the rooms the shower curtain was barely hanging on and the room had a strong smell of curry. The outside doors were always left ajar. The mini fridge froze my fruit and water bottles. Some of the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there."
