"Underwhelming hotel to say the least. The rooftop pool was nice at night but that's the only good thing about my stay. Rooms were ugly, ac filters dirty, and everything was out of date. For a Hilton, this certainly does not meet the standard. Luxury does not exist here. Lobby smelled bad and front desk employees do not look professional at all. Definitely will not go back. If Hilton cares at all about the brand, it needs a desperate remodel and new front office staff. 0/10."

"First ,the people at the desk were not very helpful. One persons English was so poor we could not understand important details about the shuttle. The room was just awful. Very few lights in the room and even by the elevator! You couldnt even see!! Sub par! Does the management ever go in these rooms? I dont think so. These arent big request's either! Lights? People that can help at the desk or be understood? We were told the wrong name of the shuttle at the airport pick up. Thank goodness I called again to speak to someone different and get the correct name of the shuttle. These are not huge requests. I would not stay at this property again. I always thought LaQuinta was a pretty middle of the road property, they can do better."

"Im from Louisiana from the pictures it looked fine but the first room has baby roaches in the toliet paper and then when i went to get a room change he gave me a new roll of toilet paper. After a few minutes they finally gave me a new room and in the new room the toliet seat was nasty the shower was so dirty we showered in my slippers and well as floors coming up. As well as the day we were supposed to check-out houses keepers where banging in our door at then 9 am saying its check out time but when i asked, when is check out time she said 11 but we should check out soon. overall ive been at wayyyyyy better laquinta do not book here. ALSO THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST"

"The room and property were clean and well kept. They seem do be doing there best with the construction affecting check in and the front of the hotel. Room was good, but dated, some age and damage showing on the future. The lighting was very low, controlled at each lamp instead of individual switches. All of this is nit-picking, but our expectations of a double tree property are high. We would stay here again."

"Property clean & updated for an older downtown property. Don't let the exterior fool you. This is a nice hotel. Bad things were: 1] phone in room [#1406] DID NOT work 2] old water bottle found stuffed behind the wall chair along with a trash can that had no liner bag & was hidden 3] there is NO A/C per se, just high/low fan. The 'a/c' RATTLED ALL NIGHT LONG where I had to finally turn the damn thing off so I could get some sleep! 4] parking just increased to $24, but I was charged $28! OUTRAGEOUS to pay that for ONE NIGHT! SMH. Even w/all the above, the hotel is very nice over all. Just do better on the above. Thanks"
