"Pleasant hotel for the money. Used the pool, nice, clean, towels provided. Cable was a little hard to figure out; guide channel didn’t really work but not sure that’s the fault of the hotel. Staff polite and friendly. It’s fine for what it is but it’s a somewhat aging building so don’t expect a new, modern facility."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the property was clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed our experience. The only issue we encountered was that our room was warmer than expected because the air conditioning did not cool the room adequately. Aside from that, everything else was excellent."

"A breakfast of some sorts, even Continental would have been nice. Just something in the morning, because it isn't that easy to get to eating establishments and back quickly. There weren't many options for the free coffee, except Sweet & Low. And the coffee wasn't fresh. One of those vending style contraptions. The property is nice. A throw back to a vintage style hotel. Large rooms and the balcony is nice! The views are great. Very convenient to the attractions, but like I said, not for in and out food in the morning. And honestly, the room was quite considering it's in a busy area. My family and I loved the room!"

"Location Great for Rangers game. Staff was warm welcoming. GM Bill is Jack of all Trades. He’s customer driven to make sure your stay is excellent. He also was my shuttle driver from the airport and kept in contact communication as I landed. I hope the Ritz Carlton keeps an eye on these guy 👍"
