"I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too bad to ignore. The customer service at this hotel was consistently terrible. Every time we needed something simple—like towels or toilet paper—there was no one at the front desk. Instead, there was often just a bucket with a handwritten “I’ll be back in 5” sign, while an employee stood outside on her phone. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional.
The biggest issue, however, was cleanliness. On the second night of our stay, my son found bed bugs crawling on the wall. That alone is a huge red flag and completely unacceptable. We tried to report it immediately, but once again, no one was available at the front desk to address the issue.
Even checkout was a problem—there was no staff present, so we had to leave our room key at the desk and just walk out.
The “free breakfast” was also disappointing and clearly reflected its price—very low quality and not worth it.
The only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient, especially if you’re visiting Six Flags Over Texas. Unfortunately, that’s not nearly enough to make up for the lack of service, poor cleanliness, and overall bad experience. I would not recommend staying here.
