"Sylvia at check in was friendly, helpful and even drove with us to park our car at the owner’s personal garage. We felt like family. The bed was a bit firm and the A/C a little too warm but everything else was great. "

"The staff was lovely and wonderfully helpful. It is convenient. You can walk 15 to 30 minutes to every site but there are also taxis and a metro near by. We slept well and overall it was just a perfect choice for visiting Rome for a few days."

"Extremely clean, quiet and located within a stones throw of the Spanish Steps and Fountain de Trevi. The breakfast is amazing and staff are so helpful and professional. The only thing I missed about this place is somewhere to sit outside or open a window. "

"Excellent accueil, chambre très agréable, propreté impeccable, salle de bain nettoyée chaque jour et serviettes changées chaque jour. Situation idéale. A l'arrêt du bus 10 minutes du Vatican et a côté d'un parking pour ma voiture de location. Juste un petit effort à faire pour le lieu du petit déjeuner. Il pourrait y avoir un chauffe eau plus facile et un moyen de faire du café, même s'il y a un très bon bar à côté de la maison. Je reviendrai. "

"The place is really nice , it’s not a hotel looks more like a bed and breakfast. The host was super nice and accommodating, in the morning breakfast was ready which was a really nice spread, and she also made eggs for us. Over all a really nice experience. Walking distance to the Vatican."

"Dejligt villa-hotel syd for Rom. Lokal togstation Casabianca er der til centrum 20 min. Flere rigtig gode restauranter i området 5-10 min. fra hotellet. Dejlig pool og meget venligt personale. Der er rabat på spa og wellness i nabohuset og morgenmad kan tilkøbes for €10 pr. person. Ligger tæt på den gl. lufthavn, så der er periodisk larm fra fly, men ikke noget som generede vores 5 nætters ophold. Det kan varmt anbefales at bo her, hvis man vil lidt væk fra centrum af Rom."
