"We loved that they provided a complimentary shuttle van round trip from Phuket International airport to the Hotel. Has a cleaned & quiet room. Complimentary bottle of water. We stayed for 14 hours just to sleep. & shower. From Phuket Airport we took a bus to Patong Beach one way costs around USD10 per passenger."

"Rummet var toppen! Rymligt, fräscht, bra faciliteter, kylskåp och uteplats! Vi fick vattenflaskor på runnet och vi fick in lite olika fruktfat emellanåt. Oersonalen var toppen! Uppmärksam och trevlig och hjälpsam! Frukosten var stor med ett bra utbud. Hotellet låg på ett bra avstånd från centrum, tog fem-tio minuter att gå till stranden och alla butiker. "Everything wonderful, nice place and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room and comfortable bed. There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands."

"The staff was amazing at BYD lofts. Specifically the front desks ladies and the staff at the restaurant. One of our friends got sick and they were extremely kind and accommodating. We all felt safe and our room was very clean. I highly recommend staying here in Patong. "

"Beautiful resort. If i could point a single thing missing. Just an ice bucket for the rooms, and you need to ask for a wash cloth, but... You have plenty of towels, clean and well kept rooms. They really take care of the guests above and beyond. They work real hard to ensure you are happy."

"This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the location, the he shuttle bus to the beach was timely and it is really a 10 minute ride to the beach. The beach has umbrellas and chairs for rent 200thb. Breakfast buffet was extensive, you will be able to find many food choices. We really appreciated the surprised “happy birthday pastry” for my husband. Great and dedicated staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality. "
