"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

"We couldn't be happier about our stay! Ursula sent her son to meet us because our arrival timing was off and he was simply delightful. The entire arrangement was excellent. You have your own room and bathroom and a shared kitchen that's open 24/7. No set time for breakfast. It's literally a 90 second walk to Tiber Island. PLENTY of shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be keeping the info for our next trip to Rome."

"No AC. Bugs flies while we asleep and noisy streets. Change of towels should be included on the room payment."

"The hotel is part of a big old apartment building. The main entrance and stairways are in the process off being renovated however once you get up to the 3rd floor, the hotel and rooms are beautiful. They do not offer a breakfast but you do get a voucher toward a breakfast at a restaurant that is directly outside their door. I loved the location and the room and i would stay here again"

"There are so many restaurants and coffee shops near by! The best part of the neighborhood is that less than a block away is a market with dozens of food and artisan stalls. You can choose from many cuisines, coffees, and fresh flowers, meat, etc. This location can’t be beat. The hotel is spotless. Everything is clean, the bathroom is modern with great toiletries. The staff is awesome and always helpful. Next time we’re in Rome we’re staying at Bob W."

Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen.
