"This was one of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed in! We had the corner deluxe twin and the layout was great and extremely comfortable. The beds were quite hard, but it did not end up bothering us. The shower was great, and the separate little closet room for luggage was so nice. "We love staying at the New Otani Hotel. It is elegant and relaxing. The large Sogetsu ikebana arrangement is a great way to welcome guests and there are beautiful floral arrangements throughout the hotel. The Hinoki bath in our room was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our view of the traditional garden while having breakfast. The view from the Garden Tower restaurant on the 40th floor was spectacular. The staff was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We intend to stay there...

"The room is very spacious and clean. It is very well suited for family stays. It has a little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very friendly yet professional, specially Charles and Yoyo who are extremely helpful. The location is also wonderful, it’s quiet but near transit and is almost about 20 minutes away from the busy tourist hubs in Tokyo. Will go back tot his hotel in our next visit."
