"We enjoyed our stay at this property, there is a restaurant downstairs and the in-house bakery was perfect for breakfast. We used the laundry facilities (coins are needed). There is a convenience store close by. Location wise, most days we needed to walk to Shinjuku station (15 minute walk) to get where we needed. We loved the Shinjuku Chuo Park across the road, it was lovely to walk in. "

"Very comfortable and certainly a five star hotel superbly situated close to Tokyo station so easy to navigate around Tokyo and connections to other parts of Japan. Rooms are large and well equipped, magnificent views across the Palace park area and city. Superb staff and magnificent breakfast."
