"For sure, I would give this hotel not more than 3 stars, The service from the start to finish horrible the staff never smiled, and could not resolve much , very disappointing. The only reason I choose that hotel, bc It’s very convenient and close to work."

"The picture of the hotel on the website did not match in person. It ac also was not as good as I thought it would be. The towels were never picked up and we had to ask and retrieve our own. The breakfast was not anything but cereal bars and oatmeal. We ended up with a screw in our tire from the parking lot our first night there. The hotel staff in the other hand was super friendly. And good at their job nothing wrong with them. I would not rebook again"

What I liked most was that the property was quiet and relaxing. One thing I didn’t like was that the key had to be changed often. Sometimes I would come back from walking or going out, and the door would not open, so I had to return to the front desk again. That was a little frustrating. Overall, it was still a good stay."
