"Room and facility clean. Breakfast options good. Bed very comfy. Hot water cannister not working for tea in lobby. Refilled and pump part not working. Shower drain backed up, flooded at feet over ankles. Pool only opens at 2 pm! Most staff very nice. "

"do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time"

"Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was great. There were stains on the couches from unidentified bodily fluids, the tub didn’t work and there was poop on the ground next to the toilet. Unclean and gross, and the air conditioning made a loud knocking noise that woke us up every half hour. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. They gave us some money towards breakfast for the inconvenience but I wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here"

"Room clean. Food, drinks and staff very good. A/C SO loud, I had to turn it off to sleep, then woke up sweating, ugh. Rooms need soundproofing, very noisy from hallway and other rooms. Woman talking so loud for over an hour from neighboring room around 6 am. Pool area is set up nicely. Lots of trouble checking in and out. Apparently Expedia didnt send the reservation to them. I did only book 3 hrs prior but it took a long time to resolve with them and Expedia. Then when checking out, they...

"I booked a room with three separate beds for three senior citizen men. The room was not provided, only room available was a King and fold out coach. They did provide a fold out bed. This was unacceptable and we asked for a second room and was told that they were completely sold out. The empty garage and sparse crowd at breakfast the next day makes me question that."

"Nice spacious clean King bed - room for us. The bed was comfortable; shower power was good. We like the spacious bar in the lobby area. Personable professional staff/"

"Horrible service"

"Staying at Residence Inn is always nice because rooms are like apartment units. They are spacious and have everything you need for a flexible and comfortable stay. There were some imperfections in cleanliness with our unit at the Orangeburg location, but we didn’t complain since we were checked in early. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful as well. Although there aren’t too many hotel options in the area, we will likely stay here again the next time we visit."

"It was worth the value"

"The room was clean. There is not a breakfast buffet. There is not a pool. There is a gym. They say convince area but no one working the area. The registration people were always busy. Music blasting in the lobby and because it’s pet friendly there were dogs barking at all hours. Only two towels for a family of four."

"I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."

"Room was semi-clean. Furniture was worn and lamp was broke. None of the ice machines worked except for the one on the main floor. The vending machines only took dollar bills no credit cards and only $1 or $5 and the front desk did not have change. Not alot to watch on TV unless you paid for it. Front desk staff was very nice."
