"Everything good"

"The room smelled musty. The walls were thin so I heard a lot hallway noise and noise from neighboring rooms."

"Parking too far away No automatic doors when carrying a load of luggage yourself. More food would have been appreciated."

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"The star was friendly. The property was OK. The room was a stain, smell like cigars. It was marked on a chair stain mark the equipment in the fitness room was a bit rusty. I did not use the pool."

"Property was beautiful everywhere we looked. Pool was clean and staff was attentive. Nice and well behaved crowd, except in the end a few loud kids that were playing rough (I believe it was an exception). Nice views, clean and comfy room, easy check in/out. Minor complaints: giant chess game needs maintenance, one of the umbrellas in the pool was broken and it took a while until someone took it away (it felt and it could hurt someone). "do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time"

"I am used to a higher standard hotel. This is more of a motel style. However very clean. New sheets/pillows. Nice easy breakfast options. Staff was lovely, friendly & helpful with restaurants etc. Not fancy but walking distance to Nyack restaurants."
