"Very affordable and conveniently located, but I was surprised to find out that the bathroom was part of the common area. There are also about 16 stairs to get into the property. At first, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to stay there, but once I opened the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, and so was the common area. The location is highly convenient; it's very close to a supermarket, making it easy to walk and get groceries. It is also approximately a 30-minute walk to the CSUN campus.
