I stayed for two days. I was initially very baffled because I didn't receive any prior instructions via email or text about specific details when it came to check in. No one from the staff opened the gate when I rang the doorbell. I had to get a guest to open it for me. There was no signs outside of the house to indicate where the lobby or check in desk was and I thought the door had a passcode the whole time, so I was waiting for an email or a response for my messages sent via Expedia chat but got nothing. The check-in process was very lengthy and not very organized. besides the check in process, everything else was great. The beds were sturdy and not squeaky, mattress was comfortable, the common spaces were not bad and they had a canopy for shade which I appreciated. The balcony and the fact that there was a washroom within the room for the womens only rooms I also liked. Also the washrooms downstairs were private and individual which is a plus. The lockers are extremely small, there was also no signs indicating the luggage went in the other room for the womens only rooms but there was enough space for the amount of people staying in the room anyway. Suggestion: please indicate a lights out policy or quiet hours so people know when to be considerate.
