"Ideal location and at the price did the job"

"Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street "

"Clean and quiet, comfortable bed. Internet didn't work and the TV could only pick up one channel though. "

"Beautifully maintained property with expansive grounds and hiking trails that cross the property and so it is brilliant for walking and dogs. The room we had was exceptional and came with a small garden which again was heaven for the dog. The stay in a place like this is always about the staff though, who were great. "If you want to stay in a small characterful boutique hotel in a very pleasant area of Cheltenham then look no further. The hotel has a very welcoming feel and all members of staff we met were really helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a really lovely lounge area and if we were staying longer, I would have definitely used it as a quiet reading spot, likewise the small courtyard area adjacent to the restaurant. "UNABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE AND NEEDED UPDATING"

"The apartments are in impeccable condition and ideally located with free ample parking. We staying in the Prestbury suite for 2 weeks and the Battledown suite for a week. Sarah was a gracious host who ensured that our check in and transition from one suite to the other was smooth. Sarah gave us some advice on what to do in the Cotswolds and she was spot on! Just yesterday, Sarah wrote to us to let us know that we had left something behind and she was going to sent it to us by post to Canada....
