"Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street "

"Well overdue for refurbishment. Garage - car parking spaces very narrow. A squeeze to get in and out of our car. If no carparks are available in the underbuliding park, you can park around the back, which is outside. Elevator - while there is an elevator from the garage to our accommodation floor, the door would start to close then retract. This happened on more than one occasion and took about 4 attempts before it closed. Bedroom/Bathroom. We had 2 single beds. Both mattresses where lumpy and...
