The location is fantastic, on the high street with so many restaurants and shops on its doorstep. Our room was comfortable bug enough for 3 adults. The only thing I would say is the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, you could feel the springs as you turned. And alsi recommend changing the kettles from metal to plastic as my roommate burned herself using it. The breakfast was amazing with such a good selection

The stay was pleasant and the hotel is in a great location. The weather was hot and the air con in the rooms was really poor and didn't work, so it made for a poor nights sleep.

Great location.

Great location but lack of air con or a decent fan let the property down. I did use the gym and the pool which were a big bonus. Overall a good stay. Pleased the weather wasn't warmer or the lack of air con could've been a big problem.

Arrived for a two night stay at this central hotel in Cheltenham, location perfect. Pleasant staff at check-in, things then started to go wrong when we were given keys to room 1, same floor as reception and otherside of the entrance . We had an inside door next to the room, and basically a taxi waiting & smoking area outside our window . The first night we came back approx 12pm and there were people sat on our wimdow ledge chatting into the early hours . We advised the hotel after the first night but as they were full could not move us. On checking out we asked for a refund and after paying £280 for 2 nights we are receiving 1/4 back . My advice is turn down any rooms located 1-6 unless you are disabled and deaf ….

Added a sofa bed but ended up with little space to open suitcase. Parking is close by, the hotel provides a discount for payment by machine but doesn’t differ that much from the price to pay by app. Breakfast is pretty generous for a free continental breakfast. Scrambled eggs, baked beans, sausages and bacon. Several cereals. Bread and croissants.
