"From the moment i arrived at the hotel i was received very well. All staff were respectful, courteous and friendly. Check-in was great. All check-in and information about the hotel and its amenities was communicated to me. Sadly i am checking out today. I would like to once again send my thanks to all of the staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. Sorry i don't remember everyone's name except for Yusrizal and Wan from Concierge department.
