"Unfortunately the cleanliness of this place was a Complete let down. Stains on the cushions of toothpaste and a cream coloured flem what it looked like. Algae in the bathroom, brown toilets and stained bedding. We tried to make the most of it but will not be using this company again. Also please be wary of the car park with gates down a narrow lane it made it impossible to get in to in a normal size car and we needed up take a gauge out the side of our car. Smaller cars seamed to get in fine....

"The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom was poorly planned and difficult to use. There was no shower enclosure or demarkation (even a sill or ledge on the floor to keep the water somewhat contained would have been helpful). The rainhead shower and the shower wand sprayed the entire room. There are no hooks to hang up your towels. The bathroom is small and the lighting is dim.
All your luggage must go on the floor as there is no luggage rack or spare chair to set anything on.

"Booked here mainly for the air conditioning ..30+ degrees at the moment. Upon check in we were informed that the air con was broken in our room. They had put a fan in the room so went to see. It was like an oven so politely declined. We were offered an upgrade, but was asked if we were willing to pay the difference ourselves. "We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP."
