"We had a great weekend stay at Shangri La. It happened to be during a special Malaysia week food event at the restaurant that I read about on the flight into KL so we were able to take advantage of that and try so many things at once. Loved the iconic towers nearby. Itβs not the easiest place to walk quickly to another restaurant but not too bad. Also Grab app made it easy to get rides. Husband loved the gym and yoga space. Room was very nice."

"Fantastic hotel situated close to Suria mall, KLCC Park and the convention centre. The hotel was very modern and had a good, well equipped 24/7 gym. The room was spacious, clean and very modern. The staff were really helpful. A nice touch was the buggy service to and from Suria mall."

"Poorly managed for morning queue for breakfast. There was a huge group and the queue was super long . Should have a separate queue for guests that is not part of the group. So chaotic and I have to miss my breakfast"
