The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. "Lovely boutique guest house in Bruges! A short walk from the city centre and easy to arrive via the bus from the train station. Self-check-in was extremely smooth and the chap at check-out was very friendly. We had the place to ourselves and our room was pretty and comfortable. Would recommend De Kelk opposite for a drink (enormous menu of beers), and nearby Lion Belge for a traditional meal where the locals go to eat - their Flemish stew and chips was fab.
