"国内外含めて生まれてきて1番のホスピタリティでした。 信じられないくらい気を配るホストです。 良かった点 ・歴史的な建造物（撮影スポットに泊まれる！） ・ビュッフェじゃない（ホストが「シャンパン飲む？卵はどう調理する？コーヒーいる？パンのおかわりは？あれは？これは？笑」、スクランブルエッグお勧めです） ・チェックイン時手続きさえせずに地図を開いておすすめスポットを教えてくれる（パスポート出してもいません） ・チェックアウトの日、今日はあなたの部屋空いてるから都合の良いタイミングまでいてくれて構わない、鍵は部屋に置いてからでて行ってねーって。信じられません。 悪い点 ・綺麗にしてますが古い建物です。最新のサービスはありません（別に悪い点ではなく心構えとしてそんなもんだと当たり前に思っていただきたい） ・一軒家の一室なので音は聞こえやすいです ・水圧は強くはありません ・排水がかなりイマイチ（これだけはマイナスです） 総合的にみてまた行きたいと思うとても素敵な場所でした！ "

"If you’re looking for a next level stay in Bruges this is the spot… I upgraded to one of the mansion rooms and it was absolutely well worth it so much space beautiful amenities within the room, the bathroom the king size bed. Even the drinks in the room with excellent value you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off at €3 - all of the staff are amazing, treat yourself to breakfast. It is incredible and if you have time sit by the fire and get a cocktail and relax. Central, you can walk around...

"Hotel was in the perfect location over looking the canal. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the shower was huge. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bed linen also very comfortable and cosy to sleep in. The staff were friendly. Although we did not have breakfast it did smell great and the bar area looked very cosy. Would highly recommend."
