Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: een prachtige kamer, stijlvolle inrichting, heerlijk comfort en een warme, gastvrije sfeer. De ligging in het hart van Brugge is perfect om de stad te ontdekken. "We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Our issues began the moment we arrived; after checking in, we entered our assigned room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. We were forced to take all of our luggage back to reception and wait for them to find us an alternative room. The room layout was highly impractical; the toilet was separate and extremely cramped, which was a major issue for my 6’7” husband. Additionally, the sofa bed for our son...

"This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. It was close to the center of town but on a quiet street. A beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, excellent service! I can’t say enough good about it. If we ever come to Bruges again, I would stay here in a heartbeat and I highly recommend it to others! "

"Lovely hotel, great location. We had a fabulous, spacious, family room. The breakfast is fantastic, the pool is lovely and the staff are friendly & helpful. Our sink was leaking from what looked like a previous repair. The window blind wouldn’t close all the way & there was an odd damp smell in the corridors. There are reasons I gave a lower grade but I would stay again if we returned to Bruges."
