"We’ve stayed at Finest a few years ago and everything was amazing! Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time. The resort is in much need of updating. The room smelled like mold because there is mold growing in the sinks and shower. The staff overall was very nice with the exception of the beach area staff. We purchased rooms in the Finest Club area but the guy who is supposed to set up the chairs for you (because they don’t let you chose your own chairs) was extremely rude and annoyed...

"We had a wonderful extended family vacation to Garza Blanca Cancun! We had 3 different rooms and they were able to accommodate us to be in the same section of the building, with 2 rooms next door to each other. The resort is absolutely beautiful and we loved the pools and the restaraunts! Food and drinks were great. There was a lot of seaweed and some rocky areas on the beach so we did not spend as much time there. We did a day trip to Isla Mujeres though and would highly recommend that! Water...

"Its sad to say the 9nly thing I didnt like was the fact I left pesos coins on the dresser,was about 15 pesos in coins and when I came back from having fun the room was cleaned and they were missing. Notified front deck and they came and literally searched my room and all my bags as if I was hiding them and I felt very uncomfortable about that. But I never heard back from the investigation team about the matter."

"Our stay was wonderful! We had the swim up room which was both private and accessible to the fun. We enjoyed all the restaurants and bars especially Spice and Excellence Club Lounge. Caesar never disappoints for a perfect evening margarita ! This is our second Excellence property. We can’t wait to visit our third this October in the D.R! You won’t regret this choice!"

"One issue is seating at the pool, there is not enough seating. Pool staff does not remove unattended towels from chairs with no personal towels.. and one said “you can remove it at your own risk “. For the most part this is an excellent property. Staff is helpful and attentive. The food is average."
