"TRS Coral is a great resort if you are looking for a relaxing vacation! There are so many food and pool options to explore. I highly suggest upgrading to the premier experience! Notable staff that made our trip amazing!!! Jesus kept the drinks flowing and was great for a fun conversation at the adults only pool! Jorge from the premier experience section of the pool was incredibly sweet and you could tell he was passionate about his job! Juan from spa sales was respectful and we had a great conversation! Jorge and Alan our waiters at Heilo were fabulous!! This is our 2nd time visiting and we will continue to return for our next Cancun visit! It is comforting to know you are staying at an amazing place with top notch experiences!"

"The location of the property is beautiful! The personnel was always working hard to make sure everything was in top condition. Very clean and comfortable. It never seemed crowded. Food options were breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet or Mexican/italian restaurant (dinner only). They all had good options. On most nights there was an entertaining show at 8. The beach is kid/non swimmer friendly. If you are looking to relax on the beach and enjoy a chill laid back environment this is the place to do it! "

"The staff at Izla Beach was exceptional, especially Armondo and Yeame. All staff greeted you joyfully any time you pasted or interacted with them. All the facility was clean and organized, towels were always available for the pool area. The food and beverages were really good and if you had any requests for drinks they were happy to accommodate. I can’t say enough good things about the resort. The cost was very reasonable for the stay but all food and beverage prices have gone up significantly all over the island, but that is pretty much like anywhere these days. "

"We just finished our stay (2 nights as a couple, 3 nights with friends) and it was a great vacation! So many delicious restaurant options - Basmati & Magna were our favorites - and the staff was so accommodating! Alan was our favorite server but most all the waiters were terrific! Service was phenomenal and our stay couldn’t have been better. So relaxing and fun! The perfect trip! I do wish people wouldn’t save chairs with towels… I read in the rules that wasn’t supposed to be allowed so I do think it’d be nice to have someone monitoring that. So many chairs were left unoccupied all day.. same goes for the pool floats. People would take them to their chairs and not use them. Those clots should definitely stay IN the pool for everyone & I think it’d be great if a staff member collected those that people keep for themselves. It’s really rude… but other than that, no issues - we will absolutely be back in the future to spend more time at Excellence :) "

"Everything about Riu Costa Mujeres was awesome! Great staff! Great Service! Great Food and Pools! The only thing I found annoying was booking outside of Riu and having to find out that I had to fork over another $130USD for a cab fare to get from the airport to the resort (one way) as I was not entitled to jump on the shuttle bus."

"Gabriela at the front desk was absolutely kind. Very informative and had a beautiful attitude and smile. The staff was very friendly, housekeeping, the pool guys with the activities was fun, and the servers were all attentive. Ana at the lobby was a bit curt and didn’t like her attitude so much but everyone else was great. Angie at the travelers building was great, helped us purchase Xcaret bundle. Great attitude and informative! The only thing that was missing for me was a lively vibe, there was no music playing and nowhere near night time environment. Maybe this is more for a quiet stay but I wish there had been more of a night life. "

"The entire staff, very friendly and polite, and always making sure we were comfortable and had every we needed. Our suite/room was beautiful and the view spectacular!!! The food at the different restaurants, delicious!! They decorated our Room beautifully for my birthday. That was a wonderful surprise when we walked into our room in the afternoon. I had a great birthday at Garza Blanca!! Also, Loved and participated in the different activities. The beach area is nice and sand very clean, but the design, could be improved. "
