"Our room was large, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. My only "complaint" was that the airport shuttle did not begin until 6 am and we needed an earlier one. They were great at making a taxi available but still had to pay for it. All and all, a great stay!!"

"We were upgraded to a room in the castle, which I would highly recommend. Our son loved the cozy cubby bed, complete with its own light and window, and a curtain he could pull for privacy. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent—one of the best meals of our trip—and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive."

"Let’s start with the positives: the ginger haired man at the front desk was excellent… booked us a cab, gave us advice, told us about breakfast options, was super friendly. Breakfast was ok… perfectly serviceable (not the vegan sausages… they were just potato as a heads up) but generally there was a good range. Room was clean, housekeeping every day, bus services were excellent location-wise, opposite a park-run if that’s your thing… (nice route, undulating and trail mostly) … staff supplied...
