"La ubicación es excelente: muy cerca de la estación de tren y de los principales puntos turísticos de Florencia, lo que hace muy fácil moverse a pie o en transporte. Sin embargo, es importante aclarar que no se trata de un hotel, sino de un hospedaje dentro de un piso en un edificio muy antiguo donde hay otras propiedades. El acceso al edificio es bastante oscuro y no hay recepción ni administración en la entrada, lo cual puede resultar confuso al llegar. El elevador es también muy antiguo,...

"Staff were super lovely, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic and full of character Giovanni who made us feel welcome. The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"

"The place was really something special. We stayed in apartment 301 ( three bedroom ). It is quite a schlep up to the third floor but it certainly made us fitter. The Numa brand is great - you get a certainty of standards so there are no surprises when you arrive. The Spirito Santo area is close to everything - really liked this place. "
