"We had a fantastic stay. The room we stayed in was spacious with all the amenities needed and had the necessary air con when temperatures were excessively high. The breakfast was excellent and set is up for the day. There were complimentary snacks, pastries, fruit, tea and coffee available throughout the day. "The location of this hotel is just perfect, right over the Ponte Vecchio bridge, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. It is a beautiful hotel, with a large, gorgeous room. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The staff was friendly and very helpful. You really could not get a better location, everything was just a few minutes walk."

"At check in, Eduardo was super welcoming and accommodating. He made us feel at ease in a foreign country. The housekeeper was a doll. She approached us about our room to let us know it was ready and was so sweet. We had a great conversation with her about her background and her love of Italy. The place itself was impeccable. They thought of everything. The room we had was clean and gorgeous. If this could be my home I would definitely live here! "

"beautiful, clean, updated room. Extremely nice and friendly staff. Great area, walking distance to main attractions but in a quiter area, away from the crowds. Theres cafes and bars on the street. Also a food store walking distance. Definitely my favorite spot in all of italy"

"Andrea was a responsive manager and upgraded us to a marvelous room that was very nicely renovated and LARGE! The bed was very comfortable and we had a view of the Ponte Vecchio --air conditioning was good and there was no street noise despite the location being so central. The ONLY drawback is the fact that there is no working lift and you have to drag your luggage up n down stairs yourself. I highly recommend the hotel hire a porter to transport luggage. "

"We such such a wonderful experience, the staff are 5 star, incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and hospitable.
