The location was excellent, staff very helpful and kind. Close enough to everything and not in the middle of the busy tourist areas. Great restaurants and evenings were much quieter than being on the other side of the river. Highly recommend the location and Beatrice.

It was a charming little place in the heart of Florence. If you need to leave your bags definitely get in touch with staff in advance. The times of the office are irregular so just check before you go.

ピッティ宮殿近くにあるロケーションで周囲にはレストランも多く、夜も人通りがあることから安心して宿泊することができます。駅からは徒歩20分程度ですが、バスも利用できます。ドゥオーモやポンテベッキオ、ウフィッツィ美術館などの観光地は徒歩圏内です。オーナーは非常に親切でお薦めしてもらった近くのトラットリアに行きましたが、とてもよいローカル食材の体験ができました。建物自体は歴史がありますが、非常に手入れされているため滞在には最適でした。フィレンツェ滞在におすすめです。

A very convenient stay in a great location! Right around the corner from Santo Spirito and a less than 5 min walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The Oltarno district is the perfect location when staying on Florence!

The sisters at the front desk are very kind and welcoming. The suite was quiet and clean, however you can still hear your neighbours in the morning due to creaky doors. Overall, I felt this was a very good stay and I would return.

Great location in the Oltrarno neighborhood. While only two blocks from the Pitti Palace and a quick 10 minute walk to the Ufizzi, the area seemed more like a neighborhood for locals than the teeming crowds and collection of stores on the other side of the river. There were multiple reasonably priced restaurants within a few blocks. The shops nearby were interesting and locally owned as opposed to the usual corporate stores that you’d find in any tourist destination on the other side of the river. Aside from the great location, powerful room air conditioning and the fact that the room was clean the B&B did not have much to recommend. There were 3 steep flights of stairs that needed to be navigated to bring the bags to the room. There is a lift but it doesn’t go to the ground level and you find out about it after you check in. The room was plain and opened on a courtyard without views. The breakfast was a good value for €10. To sum it up, great location and you get what you pay for.

체크인 방법을 사전에 미리 알려주었으면 좋았을텐데 아쉽습니다. 밤 11시 반에 도착했는데 문도 잠겨있고 전화도 연결이 안되고 도착하기 몇시간 전에 안내 메일이 와서 확인을 못해서 체크인을 할 수 없었어요. 다만 친절하신 주인분 덕분에 편안히 하루 잘 묵었습니다. 오래된 건물이라 그런가 화장실에 불을 켜면 소음이 커서 불편했어요

I chose the property based on description of being on one floor, as I recently had back surgery. In fact, my room was up 3 very steep stairs. I did not receive instructions for after hours check in until the day after arrival, despite messages coming through from property about Time of arrival. I was able to call and be let in once I arrived. The location was very good and the room and small terrace where delightful, however “breakfast” was coffee machine I could not figure out and some wrapped cookies.

The name is somewhat misleading. This is not a bed and breakfast but just a room. The room was small and clean. The bathroom is barely big enough to turn around in. Getting to the room is up very steep stairs in an unlit stairwell. However The location is outstanding. 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio and some prime shopping. The best thing about the location is that it is merely feet from Gustapizza, which is the best pizza joint in Florence!!

Quiet interior courtyard room

Lovely and the absolute quietest place my husband said he had ever stayed! We had an interior courtyard room, so no street noise. Francesca was pleasant and helpful at each interaction - thank you! Our room had an "exterior" bathroom, which was a hall bathroom for our use only; it had a separate key to secure the bathroom door. Other than the noisy jangling of the old fashioned keys, it was fine. Perhaps we should have secured the keys separately or asked for a second set of keys, since there were two of us.Overall the room was perfect and we loved our three nights at B&Beatrice!

The room was spotless and the Nespresso and biscuits were greatly appreciated! The bed was very good - firm and comfortable and the a/c worked well. The reception staff were very kind. One thing to note is the stairs are quite steep so may not be good for anyone with mobility issues.

Si nos gustó la ubicación, el personal fue amable, y seguridad muy buena, solo sería mas comodo un elevador y la regadera un poco mas grande, pero en general todo bien

Wonderful! Great location; good breakfast with croissants, bread, and lots of different home-made jams; and everything was very clean. The proprietors were exceptionally nice, letting us in check in very late when we'd made a last-minute reservation an hour before. And they helpfully kept our bags on our last day, while we explored the city before heading out.

Mukava perhe B&B lähellä keskustaa

Omistajat todella mukavia. Kaikki toimi hyvin ja huone sekä tilat muutenkin siistejä mutta portaita sen verran että ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille.
