"We had a wonderful experience at the Oltrarno Splendid. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, and there was always fruit and goodies to munch on in the afternoon/evening. The entry to the building was very cool - felt like another era, and the decoration of the hotel is very interesting. Our rooms was very nice and spacious and we had a free bottle of Chianti, which was awesome."

"A really lovely room. We stayed in room 7, a large room overlooking the garden and river. A beautiful fresco on the ceiling and a giant comfortable bed. Lovely large doors and original shutters inside and out of window. Keep the windows closed though - even mid March the mosquito got a good feed on the first night. "We stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. Viviana was so helpful, giving recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The included breakfast was excellent. Our room on the top floor was quiet and having air conditioning was a luxury. I highly recommend!"

"The room was not at all as shown. The hotel lobby isn’t a lobby but a small room with a check in desk on the 3 floor. There is only a few rooms. This is not a hotel. The cafe/bar on the lower level is loud with extremely loud music and they go until 4 am. We could not sleep. The main chandelier in our room was a bunch of wires with a light bulb hanging from it. "ピッティ宮殿近くにあるロケーションで周囲にはレストランも多く、夜も人通りがあることから安心して宿泊することができます。駅からは徒歩20分程度ですが、バスも利用できます。ドゥオーモやポンテベッキオ、ウフィッツィ美術館などの観光地は徒歩圏内です。オーナーは非常に親切でお薦めしてもらった近くのトラットリアに行きましたが、とてもよいローカル食材の体験ができました。建物自体は歴史がありますが、非常に手入れされているため滞在には最適でした。フィレンツェ滞在におすすめです。"

The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. Bed upstairs was extremely comfy but the sofa bed you could feel the bar and coils (so just be aware if you’re traveling with someone who doesn’t sleep well on a pull out bed) otherwise would absolutely stay here again because it was such a lovely space and fantastic location and wonderful manager!"

"The room was spacious for 5 of us. Nice, well equipped kitchen. Room was very clean and communication was good leading up to our stay and during. We had a miscommunication with check in time, but they were very quick to get to us (5 minutes) so all was well. Neighbourhood was great, close to everything we wanted to see and a couple great restaurants and yummy gelato place. We’d love to stay here again. "
