She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The flat was spotless and very well set up. Additional towels were provided, and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The kitchen was fully functional too, with everything we needed.
