Staff was excellent, especially at check in with all the information. We arrived early and were able to access our room immediately. The location was very central to all main attractions for walking. The elevator was very slow but that was the only real drawback.

Absolutely stunning. It’s still a working palace so I felt like a Renaissance Princess. The service was impeccable. This is my new go to hotel in Firenze.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and am in love with this one. It's a beautiful palace, which made it one of the more unique hotel stays we've ever had. The breakfast room was beautiful, as was the view from there. And the staff were all so kind and amenable. Highly recommend this place!

Decent property. Spacious rooms that could use freshening up. Nice breakfast and lounge area. Housekeeping could be more thorough/deep cleaning but better than the other 2 hotels I stayed in Florence this trip.

Andrea the concierge was a gem. Always patient and helpful with whatever question we had. The location is close to anything you could want from shopping, dining and historical things to see. The rooms are very spacious, much bigger than anything I’ve ever stayed in Europe. The included breakfast was amazing. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Like staying in a piece of history

It was like staying at a museum. Striking. I wished my room had more outside light but other than that it was great. The bathroom is nice and renovated. The reception and host was incredible so attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel was so great right on the river and you can easily go to the other side where more of the restaurants I enjoyed were located.
