"I don't normally leave reviews but we were so happy with our stay here I had to! We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! "This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good."

"Mario and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were helped from the minute we stepped into the doors of the lobby till we checked out 8 days later. Traveling internationally can be intimidating but Hotel Santa Croce put all the uneasiness I had being in a foreign land with my wife and son to rest.
