"Well… My expectations were absolutely blown away during this stay. I was visiting a friend for a couple of days in Firenze and wanted a central location that made it easy to explore on foot. Traveling with just a carry-on and backpack, I was able to walk from Santa Maria Novella Station to the B&B in about 10 minutes (super convenient). Andrea, who works as a host for the property was in constant communication with me from the moment I arrived at the station until I reached just outside Piazza...

"This was a wonderful place to stay Much more like a bed and breakfast then a hotel. Located within easy walking distance to all major historical and artistic sites in the city. Clean room. Staff friendly and informative."

"Lovely hotel, though we were in a room next to the lift which was surprisingly noisy. Our bathroom (which turned out to be a shower room) was beautifully fitted but unreasonably small. The terrace was fine but overhyped as it is confined with multitudes of tourists streaming past which felt far from luxurious. Considering how overwhelmingly busy the location is, a roof terrace would be preferable. The staff were wonderful and the concierge, Dario, was marvellous."

"This property had everything we needed for our stay in a fantastic location in the heart of Florence. Our room had plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. There was just one thing: I bumped my head on a square piece of furniture sticking out over the luggage spot in the entrance hall. This could be reshaped or removed for the future. Very Kind staff! Excellent value! I would definitely come back to this property."
