We were staying in a junior suite and were so impressed by the amount of space, the huge balcony, the decor, the beautiful swimming pool, the breakfast every morning, the lovely staff throughout and the location was so handy for everything we wanted to go visit! This hotel gets a 5/5 for everything from myself and my family :) "

"The room was clean and cozy with a nice view into a typical Florentian street. Room was very authentic with a beautiful wooden ceiling. Stuff was courteous and extremely helpful. Had a fun evening with the fellow travellers in the common area sharing our Italian experiences."

"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"

"Mario and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We were helped from the minute we stepped into the doors of the lobby till we checked out 8 days later. Traveling internationally can be intimidating but Hotel Santa Croce put all the uneasiness I had being in a foreign land with my wife and son to rest. I will return to Italy and I will absolutely stay here again."
