"The location in a piazza and walking distance to many areas of the City was great. The property management company communicated well and were pleasant and the property was clean and accommodated us well. However it was fairly bare-bones, and there were some maintenance issues and only one key with this one key also required to control the lights so that was a bit challenging. Overall, the location, size of the unit and proximity to different sites worked very well for us."

"Adorable apartment...I could live there!! Are you selling? LOL. It was perfect for our stay. Had to walk up stairs but not a problem... Lots of hot water.... comfy beds....oh and something special was, watching the mother pigeon with her baby after outside the bathroom window... convenientl location too....."

Sería muy útil que dieran a los viajeros instrucciones de cómo tomar taxi y autobús desde el aeropuerto y desde la terminal de trenes. Llegando Nos sorprendimos con el costo de Uber que es mucho mayor a los precios en Roma ( casi el triple) y las personas en Florencia en general Son poco amables con los Turistas para dar...

"We stayed 3 nights and our entire stay was wonderful. We ate breakfast every morning and it was consistently well stocked and delicious, with many options. We used the spa amenities as well and we had the entire area to ourselves! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Overall, this was definitely a great experience and we would recommend this stay to couples looking for a good location in the center of Florence with free breakfast and a boutique...

"This hotel is unique and easy to access to all must see spots. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and no limit. I was happy to book this place for its location in the center of the old town. When feel hot bad tried we were able to walk short distance back to the room for a brief rest even a nap. I wish the hotel continues booming and has a good business."
