"We booked this property because it was very close to a venue we were attending a wedding at, I had booked three rooms and requested one room to be a twin, despite me telephoning twice to check, but when we checked in it was still made up as a double, but it was quickly rectified. We had an evening meal which was pleasant, staff were good but I can’t say over welcoming, the bedrooms were clean, well presented but only had one hand towel, one packet of biscuits and no full length mirror. "​Absolutely awesome experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We had a brilliant stay here. The rooms are compact but brilliantly functional—small, but with absolutely everything you need. Every single aspect of our visit was awesome, from the immaculate, clean rooms to the fantastic, friendly staff. The breakfast and bar facilities were also excellent. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water."

"This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab."

The use of a guest lounge with tea, coffee and water was a bonus, although provisions hadn’t been topped up, nor the area tidied when we used it in the evening. "Breakfast had a nice selection. Property is dated and rooms. Rooms aren’t cleaned very good nor is the hall ways of the rooms. We had a good sleep on their beds. But cleaning staff needs to do a better job of cleaning."

"We love this place but it is getting tired. The maintenance is in need of an uplift and the rooms and lounge areas need a refit. Still a lovely stay and Sindhu was excellent for lunch. The reception staff for the hotel were OK but lacked motivation to welcome their guests with any enthusiasm. Breakfast was excellent and the setting for the hotel sets this apart from most."
