"Leisten könnten sauberer sein, ebenso der absaugt im Waschbecke, die Ablage des Schreibtisches. Hand Abdruck beim Kopfteil des Bettes. Die Wärme des Zimmer war nicht so Toll. Aber da kann jeder selber seine Prioritäten setzen, denn das ist für mich schon auf hohen Niveau jammern .
Die Lage ist grandios, waren viel unterwegs und konnten uns entscheiden ob zu Fuß , Tube, Bus oder Schiff . Alles war schnell erreichbar.
Vor der Tür viel Auswahl an Essen oder auch Lebensmittel ."

"Between a 3 and 4, had a room without a window which was the size of the bed and not much more, but helpful staff and asked for quiet and it was. Shower etc all fine. Only real criticism was that the bedding and duvet etc were all polyester and not great quality."

"Room was clean and bathroom was newly renovated and unexpectedly spacious for London hotel size. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Close to metro and Coach station. Breakfast was good and staff in the lounge was very polite and friendly. The only draw back wss the noise level, you could hear the trains running by."

"The hotel is situated in a quiet, convenient area, near Buckingham Palace. Very close to Victoria Apollo, where we went to see wicked. It has a unique history, being the place that housed Queen Victoria’s servants. As a history fan, it is incredible to think that my room used to belong to one of these servants. The ground floor, which used to be the shops, now houses the marble foyer and some exquisite restaurants and bars. They really make the most of the history- the bar ( which we visited...

"This place is really amazing for a short trip to London!
The hotel, staff, and bar are a great upgrade compared to other establishments nearby. (This is very noticeable- even in a great area)
We enjoyed a fantastic jazz night when returning for the evening, including highly skilled jazz musicians and top shelf -curated drinks.
The only downside, and something that reflects more of the traveler, is the rooms are very tight.(at least the one we stayed in.) If staying at the property for longer...
